It’s just a mockup. And it’s not going to happen. But it would be cool.

Now I’m back home and ready to finish up the new servers. However, after the new servers are up with the upgrades, I’m going to be moving on to two Flash projects I’ve been waiting to work on for a long time; the Imprisoned Ball and Koopa Avalanche series.
I’m up to the second sequel for both of those games. So far I’ve made about 6 different versions of Imprisoned Ball 3 that I scrapped. I know exactly where I’m headed with it now, so I can’t wait to get back to it. On the other hand, I’ve only made one version of the next game in the Koopa Avalanche series: Yoshi’s Avalanche. Although it was going splendidly, I lost motivation and gave up. I’ve already started up on the next version of it and so far I like it.
You might be wondering what I’m talking about, if so, Google up those two games, or just use these links: Koopa Avalanche & Imprisoned Ball. Of course, number 2 is the better game in both of those series. They’re only supposed to be on Newgrounds but I guess other people liked them.
Anyways, here’s a screenshot of my progress on Yoshi’s Avalanche; it’s pretty dull so far, no HUD, no power-ups or enemies, I just started working on it tonight so I will have more stuff for it later. Also I’ll be posting some demos on the blog later on so you guys can see how it works.
Couple of things here. First off is the sentry controller plugin, which was spawned from an idea on the forums. It allows you to turn on/off your sentry gun using the reload button. Just take out your wrench, look at your sentry, and press the reload key, and your sentry will toggle itself into the correct position. This will not work on other buildings, or other people’s buildings.
But wait! There’s more news! The map currently codenamed “Butterfield Achievements” is nearing completion, and once it’s done it will be replacing Turbo Achievements, that one server that’s always empty. Hopefully this beautiful new map keeps it populated.
Last but not least, that one Garry’s Mod server I said we would be getting way back when. It might be coming out soon. Keep your eyes peeled.
Next up, Bot Control. Bot Control allows you to make bots your nemesis, or make you theirs. There are two commands, !dominate and !nemesis. The dominate command will make you dominate all the bots. The nemesis command will make them your nemesis. In the screenshot below, I’m using the !dominate command, whereas it should actually be !nemesis. It will be fixed before release (right now in fact).
Next up I’m working on the Watermarker. It’s the text you see in the top left hand corner on the servers. New features include the ability to enable and disable it, making it less annoying. Sadly I won’t be using cookies to store your preference, but you shouldn’t find it a big deal. Another feature will be (not currently implemented) giving you a “class name” if you are a member of the Steam group and fit into no other classes (ie. Admin, Premium, etc) called Group Member.
Oh, and my test map.
Since I deleted all plugin sources from my computer, I will be rewriting them, making improvements and optimizations. My first plugin I’m rewriting is forgiveness. This will go on both Chambers and Tunnels. So far here are the improvements:
